And then when we wake up in the morning, we won't feel fresh. So we get irritated when we wake up Today, the morning scene of any house has completely changed. A fight begins even over a cup of tea. Earlier, people used to play devotional songs, light incandescent sticks. House would be peaceful. Today, we wake up late and then the mood is not good So we need a cup of tea to get back the mood. Now, we continue to use the mind which is already in a tired state. For another 15-16 hours and then again we don't sleep properly at night and then again we use our mind the next day This has been going on for Years. Today, you will find many people who can fall asleep even as they are sitting We see that in so many public programs When it is morning, people have just woken after sleeping for 7 hours and they sleep right in front of us at the program.
